Sore ribs?

Anyone else have sore ribs? My rib cage has been sore the past few days, right around where my bra goes, both front and back. It's not because of my bra though, I've tried loosening it and using different ones. LO isn't really giving me rib kicks because he's been breech or sideways. Has anyone else had this at all? I'm thinking maybe it's just the added pressure or just another instance of bones and joints loosening up?

    Yes mine comes and goes for up to a week at a time. It hurts a lot when I'm laying down. Think of all our internal organs that are shoved up in there too!

    My lo's head is nudged up in my ribs and it can hurt like hedouble hockey sticks. Like to the point I'm asking for Tylenol or doing weird poses to get him to move his big head.

    Yup. The rib pain is getting pretty awful. Hurry up July.

    I feel your pain. My ribs have been hurting nonstop for the past three weeks and Tylenol does not help. I had an appointment this week and the doctor said that since my torso is so short that my rib joints are literally pulling apart to make room. He said it is a normal occurrence for shorter women. He tried to joke about it and said that if I hurt this bad now just wait till the end of June after she has put on even more weight. The less room she has the more my joints will pull apart. Oh the joys of pregnancy!

    Exactly what kept me up all night, sore ribs hip pain too! Getting harder to get comfy at night

    Mine terribly!! I literally feel like my lung is punctured! And the onset was sudden!! I'm going on day 4 with constant pain! And I just had an ultrasound on Tuesday and the baby's bottom is in that part of the body... It really just feels like a sharp terrible pain!! It hurts to breath, cough, burp, hiccup, blow my nose... UGH!!! :'

    I'm 5'3 and have a short torso so that explains a lot. I went from a 32 bra to a 36 so they must be stretching. I don't know how I'll have any room left after 8 more weeks!
