Affordable daycare in Phoenix/Scottsdale

Okay, FTM here and I'm starting the search for infant care once I'm off maternity leave. I'm looking in the north Phoenix or West Scottsdale area - any recommendations are appreciated! I'm slowly learning the costs, but want to be well-informed before I make the decision. Thank you!

My daughter was born in Feb and I have yet to go back to work. I am very concerned about taking her to a daycare facility. I was wondering if anyone is interested in doing a baby swap: you can go to work and I will watch your child for free, and when I go to work, you can watch mine? I would be more willing to trust another new mom in my area. I am only looking to go back to work part time. If anyone is interested in this, please let me know and maybe we can work something out.
