For those of you who either BF or EP when did your Lo start STTN? I know they say that BM goes through their system sooner and this is why they eat more often. Causing them not to sleep through the night. We started foods with Jackson but lately he has no real desire to eat foods. My guess is teething? So I'm not forcing the issue. He's only 6 months but I can't say I wouldn't mind he sleeping from say 126. That would be some great sleep.

    STTN at 6m but we had to night wean and sleep train. She was up every 1 to 2 hrs before and I knew she didn't need to eat that often.

    We haven't started solids. I'm waiting until 6 months but I don't think it will make a difference with his sleeping. He wakes after sleep cycles and does not always want to eat. He usually only eats 1 to 2 times and the second time is really short. He's not a comfort nurser even if I offer it so I know he isn't hungry. Hopefully ST will help us!

    Solids have not made any difference for DD. She also wasn't really into food until she was about 7 months old. You're doing the right thing by not fretting! Right now we're working on weaning her MOTN feedings (there's usually one, sometimes two), and she has STTN a couple of times since we started.

    She started STTN (11 hours with no wake) at 3.5mo, while I was EPing. She did it on her own over a couple of weeks, during which she got really fussy at night until I figured out she wanted to cluster feed before bedtime. Instead of every 3 hours, she took her normal amount every 1.5 to 2 hours for three feedings right before bedtime. She worked up to a 7 or 8 hour sleep stretch like that, and then one night we added the miracle blanket and she went 11 hours straight!  We only have the occassional wake these days, like once every two weeks. Oh, and we ditched the swaddle at about 5.5 months, when she could roll in it. GL!

     ETA: We didn't start solids until 5.5mo, so she'd already been STTN for 2 months by then.

    I BF and I pump while working and DD3 has slept through the night since she was 3 months old. She just recently started getting up once a night to talk or sometimes nurse. But it is a fairly new occurance. I think it is from teething for sure.

    Thank you. Everyone tells me to give him rice but I refuse.. I should have put he hasn't increased his food intake since 8 weeks so I guess I can't blame the little guy. But we are down to 1.5 bottles a night
