Our family will be taking a trip soon and we booked through an airline we don't usually fly through. We flew once with DD last year and we were not charged for either item, a stroller or car seat. But this airline only allows one. Has anyone else had this issue? I thought across the bored there was no charge for these items.
Re: Airline charging for stroller or car seat?
I've never experienced this. I wonder if what PP says about gate checking vs. baggage checking makes a difference. Have you spoken to the airline directly about this yet?
Do you have any friends that are travel agents? They would know more about specific airline policies.
