Rec your high chair

Do you have one you love? I have asked abut the FP space saver before. Do you have a high chair with a small foot print? Ours is HUGE and I just hate it. TIA!

  • Oops we have the FP EZ Clean high chair- its cool for various reasons but i like thats its narrow and you can remove the tray with one hand and you can clean right in the dishwasher

We got our high chair as a gift. Im in the market for a portable high chair that assembles to the table

Yep we have the FP space saver too.  Love it.  But PSA, don't try to adjust the angle of it with baby in it.  I almost broke ours doing that.  DH about killed me, but then fixed it.  My hero!

  • We have the Ikea high chair.  Love, love, love it.  We only have 4 dining room table chairs and I didn't want to sacrifice one for the FP space saver.  The Ikea chair has a small footprint and I literally took it outside and hosed it down over the weekend after DS smeared strawberries and mushy bagel all over it.

  • Another one for the FP chair but if you have limited seating like we do then that is a major drawback.

  • I have the Graco Duodiner and love it. Easy to clean, sturdy and can be used as a regular high chair or you can put it on a chair like the FP Space Saver. The back reclines (not that I have ever used it that way) and the chair height is also adjustable.

  • I ended up returning the FP space savers and buying 2 IKEA high chairs.  The space savers where nice, but they left us with too few chairs at our table.  The IKEA chairs take up barely any space and are all plastic (easy to hose down).

  • We too have the space saver. I love the price (it was on sale at BRU last week for $45!) and that it doesn't really take up any extra space. We don't really (ever) entertain, so seating isn't a problem as it's just my hubby, CJ and I.

  • We have FP space saver and an IKEA. Now that she sits, I greatly prefer the IKEA. Soooo easy to clean and fits under the table.

We have the chicco clip on high chair--it works on pretty much all tables even ones with skirts. We literally have no room for an actual high chair so this works the best for us. I like it except that it's fabric and I feel like I need to wash it almost every day (I actually wash it like once a week, but it probably SHOULD be washed more...).

  • We have the keekaroo and love it. I had wanted a chair that would last forever and I think this works well.

  • Another vote for the IKEA Antilop chair. It's so easy to clean, and no gaps or crevices to hide food.  And it's dirt cheap (like $15).  FWIW, there are a bunch on sale on CL in my area, and you can get a used one for as little as $5. Being used is NBD b/c it's so easy to sanitize & clean.

  • Space saver also. I like that the print on ours doesn't scream baby. Easy to use and I like it alot but I don't like how hard it is to clean the safety harnesses.
