Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from the GI yet about the results, our apt with him is next week. I EPed for 4 days and that didn't really do anything except piss me off because of all the pumping/ cleaning parts, & he hates the bottle, so I ditched that. I have been on a TED for 2ish weeks? I'm just hungry all the time.
But are you ready for this? So ever since the day he was born I pump every night before bed and put it in the freezer, I have a killer freezer stash, anyway. Someone here (a while ago) suggested that I give him a bottle of pumped milk before bed. So I added in a morning pump, so I had milk to give him before bed.I continued to pump before bed and add it to my freezer stash.
So yeah, I decided to switch it up and freeze the morning milk and use the night befores pumped milk (does that even make sense?) and viola he now goes 10 hours at night without eating.
I have increased his solids intake, and he seems to be doing better at night. When he wakes he isn't screaming out in pain, just fussing and going back to sleep. I'm not sure if he is still in pain, just a less amount? He is on a new reflux medicine which he hates taking and spits it out all over the place, but he is spitting up a little bit more because he probably isn't getting the full dose of the medicine.
I spoke with my insurance company and if I have the GI write a prescription they said they will cover neocate up until he is 1 if I need to go that route!

Thanks for asking!
So good to hear that there seems to be some improvement!
