  I'm a little paranoid to drop a pumping session - I know a lot of people who have had challenges around this age (Penny is 8 months). I still pump 3 to 4 times between 7 am and 5 pm. I do try to stop early if I've already matched her intake though. She is eating a lot less during the day, and I've noticed my production has dropped a bit. I don't know if that's because she's eating more in the morning but it's definitely got me anxious.

  I read, probably on this board somewhere, that once you go more than 8 hours between pumps, your supply starts to go down a lot.  If you pump 3x per day that's still every 8 hours, but being on the border like that worries me....  I pumped 6x per day (3x at work) until DS was 9.5 months old.  I finally dropped down to 5x per day and it makes things a little easier.  If can confirm he really is over his soy allergy, I will drop to 4x per day.  But I'm staying there 4x until I'm pretty close to quitting because I worry what might happen when I drop to 3.  I'm hellbent on making it to 1 yr (and want my freezer stash to take me past that point).  I'll need to start tapping the stash once I'm at 3 and perhaps sooner, not sure.  But pumping 4x per day will be like a dream compared to 6.  Only 1x per day while I am "on the clock" at work and 4x total -- which is the number of sets I have.  No more washing dishes, just load the dishwasher every night!!!!!!!!!
