All depends on the clerk, I use to work at the one here. And we would only do the adjustment if we had the same size still in stock. Thou I did it all the time for customers.

i would do it. i just did that with Fashion Bug. in a matter of 24 hours they charged me full price and then posted the shirt online for half off. ohhh i was pissed

Just bring in the receipt and ask if they can adjust it. If not, return them and then buy it again at a different register!
