I went overboard yesterday and today with the junk. The amount of crap I ate is embarrassing. I need to throw it out or give it to someone so I stop eating it!
Last week I lost a pound so hopefully I didn't just put it back on lol.
My goals:
1. Baby bootcamp W and F
2. Walk three times with baby
3. Water water water
4. Get info about joining the YMCA
GTKY I'd love to practice yoga or Pilates early morning on the beach with just a small group. Too bad I don't live by the beach though!

I have been eating nothing but crap lately. Today we had boxed generic Mac and Cheese for dinner and I have cookies in the oven. Exercise-wise, not so bad recently. Went for two walks with the kids yesterday. No boot camp class tmw due to a work commitment.
