little pimples

Does anyone have little pimples on their face? I am almost to the end of my 12th week and after the end of 11th week I saw a breakout of few little pimples over my face. And also a fever blister.. I wonder if it is due to pregnancy or not?

    I'm 8 weeks and have several little pimples on my face. My OB said its due to all the hormones. I cover them with make-up and it helps make them less noticeable.

    It's the pregnancy hormones ugh had a little break out when I got pregnant with my son in the first trimester an they where big little suckers too

    Me too looking like a rite lil spotty teenager! Lol ... Notice top of my arms av gone very spotty/pimply could this b hormones too?! ...... Cannot wait for that pregnancy GLOW ppl talk about!! Lol x
