Your DH is the OB, right?

In a post on my BMB someone said their OBGyN is also a plastic surgeon. Some one else chimed in and claimed this is actually pretty common. Now, I haven't been to a ton of different ObGyns but I've never heard of this.   

True or false?

    Me neither. I'm sure there are doctors with more than one speciality but both plastics and obstetrics seem so intense and complex....how can you really be THAT good at both? 

    Specialists focus on one area of study which is what makes them so good at what they practice. So I feel like an OBGYN/plastic surgeon isn't going to be very good.

    But what do I know.
