DS got to skype his sis

BD had his DD, E(2), this weekend, and per the TCO, it was in XG's state, which is 3.5 hours from us. And DH, DS(4), DD(5 months), and I were 5 hours north visiting the ILs.
Anyway, BD asked if DS and E could skype, and we were finally able to this morning. E was super excited, it was sweet. DS liked it too, and he asked BD when he would see him next (it's been over a month.) And BD was telling DS he had to work, but Wednesday should work and ask mommy if that's okay. It annoyed me that he asked through DS, but I said it was fine.
I was packing up while DS was skyping, so I wasn't actively involved in the conversation, I was just in the same room and heard bits and pieces of it.
Oh, and BD had previously told me that the TCO gives him EOWE, Friday at noon through Sunday at 5 p.m. He told me Sunday that XG was insisting he bring E back at noon, because that's what the TCO says. BD said unless she showed him proof, that he would be keeping E until 5 (why he doesn't have his own copy is beyond me...). Well, it turns out the TCO says BD actually gets E until Monday at noon. It blows my mind that he didn't even know this. Oh, and best part? On Sunday he was like "What should I do Twister? I picked up overtime so I'm supposed to work tonight. Should I call off work and stay here with E? Or should I drop E off and drive up home and go into work?" I just said "Do you really have to ask me BD? You know the answer."
I know, I need to not be so involved....

I'm not sure, I guess XG showed BD the CO thinking he would just see the noon part and not be smart enough to realize it said Monday? I have no idea how BD didn't know this earlier. BD isn't the sharpest tool in the box.
