Tonight, I'm making spaghetti and meatballs. Well, probably meatballs. Does anyone have an "OMG these are the best meatballs ever!" recipe? I'm beginning my hunt for such a recipe after I post this.
On to my real question - for those of you who've fed your LOs spaghetti, how did you do it? Did you cut it up in tiny pieces or give them the whole noodle? I'd like to try it with DD since she loves pasta sauce but realize I have no idea how to feed a baby pasta.

Re: A question about spaghetti
https://allrecipes.com/recipe/fast-and-friendly-meatballs/ This is the base recipe I use for my meatballs. Super simple and fast, but they always turn out moist and delicious. I add stuff to them depending on what I have on hand- oregeno, parmesean, maybe some sauce to the mix, italian seasoning, etc. I use crunched up croutons for the bread crumbs usually. I also use beef, the recipe calls for turkey.
I'd cut the pasta into bite sized pieces. You wouldn't want to have to pull a whole string out if she's only got it half swallowed, ha!
I cut the noodles small enough so that they stay on a spoon. Sometimes he will let me feed him with the spoon, and sometimes he just goes at it with his fingers. Sorry, I am not a good cook, so am no help in the recipe department.

I cook meatballs in the crockpot with a homemade sauce. It's a basic meatball recipe with breadcrumbs and some Italian seasoning.
These are OMG meatballs - I really think it's the fresh garlic. https://www.food.com/recipe/kittencals-italian-melt-in-your-mouth-meatballs-69173
As far as feeding LO spaghetti, we just cut up the noodles small so they can fit on a spoon and feed him with it all mixed together. The spaghetti noodles are hard to pick up. He's had ravioli - and that is much easier. We just cut that into small chunks for him to pick up.
Baby #2!
Thanks, ladies! All we have is spaghetti noodles so I'll be dicing those puppies. I like the idea of doing a shaped noodle in the future for DD, though.
Also, I think I'll be combining the recipes you guys gave me! I like bits and pieces from each of them. I'm hoping to make the meatballs this afternoon so all I have to do later is toss them in the pot with the sauce. I wish I had the stuff to homemake my sauce, like I usually do, but I don't. DH doesn't get paid until Friday so I'm trying to hold off on grocery shopping until I can meal plan and make 1 big trip. My jarred sauce is a pretty good one, though.
