Probably a stupid question about CD#21 timing

So I am using OPK's this cycle and also have my repeat CD#21 bw coming up. Should I do the bw 7 days after the positive OPK or since a positive OPK means you ovualte within 24 hours, should I wait 8 days after the positive?

Sounds crazy right? My CD#21 labs were normal last time, but I just want them as accurate as possible!

I see your line of thinking because a positive OPK means you are surging and should O within 12 to 36 hours. I would think 8 days post positive OPK makes sense. Are you temping this cycle to confirm O?

I'd call your RE and ask what they want you to do.

I don't temp because I work night shift and never get good sleep. My sleep is very restless and when I did try to temp in the past, I just couldn't get reliable temps.

I don't see the RE yet, I'm just doing the BW that the RE's office requested (since it is covered with ins right and and I haven't done BW in a year). I see the RE in Aug/Sept.

Thanks for the advice ladies. I had + OPK today and am going to do my labs on une 3rd late, late, late. Like around midnight (I work nights).
