Allergies!!! :

Allergies are kicking my ! I am sneezing and stuffed up constantly and I am not getting good sleep because of it. I know I am not supposed to be taking certain medications. Any advice?

    I was allowed to take Claritin. My allergies ate horrible. I hope you find a solution.

    Singular is a class B medication for allergies/asthma and a lot of people say it is god sent, although my allergies are so bad it didn't do much. People also swear by the neti pot. I have yet to find a solution and can't get any real sleep. Zytrec helps with runny eyes/sneezing but does nothing for my congestion. I wish you luck, I know how bad it sucks!

    A teaspoon of local honey every morning will help you with seasonal allergies.  Good Luck!
