Personally a lot of it is easier said than done. The part that stuck out the most to me was you need to still have a sex life. In a perfect world sure, my libido would be back and I'd feel sexy and want to. But... That sure as sh!t has not happened yet.

I read half of it when pregnant, I thought it was pretty meh and boring. No interest in giving the recommended weekly bj either... and miraculously we are still pretty happy
