Not able to eat

Will be 11 weeks in two days and lately I have had a hard time getting myself to eat, I will be hungry and then sit down to eat and I will start to feel the nausea coming on. Any suggestions as to whats going on?

Would smoothies be an option for you? I drank green smoothies everyday during 1st tri when nothing else seemed appetizing. (By green, I mean I tossed a handful of kale or spinach in the blender with fruit and juice - can't taste it at all!)

During the 1st tri I found I would get nauseous if I went too long between meals so maybe throw in a healthy snack between meals would help?
