I haven't eaten PB&J since high school and now I have eaten several in the past week or two! And I have a weird craving for Pop tarts, which I am sure are nutritionally void! Anybody craving stuff you haven't eaten in years?
Goldfish crackers... I can't even remember the last time I ate them but I've been craving them this week. I'm headed out to go grocery shopping and will definitely pick some up!

Biscuits and gravy. I HATE biscuits and gravy. Well, maybe hate is a strong word, but I only suffer through eating them once a year or so if we happen to be at the IL's and MIL makes them. But now they actually sound GOOD. I made some for breakfast. They tasted amazing, but the whole time I was eating them I couldn't stop thinking "What are you doing! This is disgusting!"

Mmm I eat those anyway! And now my new thing (just before getting KU) is a grilled cheese but with strawberry jam & sliced almonds. Which may be more acceptable now that I am pregnant. I crave mashed potatoes, which I didn't eat often before.
I've been craving meat since my BFP. I'm sure that it has more to do with my body needing protein at this point, but it is a craving nonetheless. I am not a meat eater at all, I just don't like it and never have. But I've been super hungry and feel like only big things like meat will fill me up.
Otis Spunkmeyer chocolate muffins. I really wanted these last week, and I think I only ate them in middle school and didn't even really like them that much.
Oh! Last time I was pregnant I ate a lot of peanut butter sandwiches with a bit of mayo and a few pieces of iceberg lettuce. It was amazing.

Woke up this morning and drove to the grocery store at 730 am to get bananas so I could have cheerios with sliced bananas and milk. I don't eat bananas very often to start so it's a random one.
What's more weird is the aversions - usually candy does not last long in our house, but I bought some this week and still haven't been able to eat it!
I probably ate a dozen pb&j sandwiches last week! Some toasted, some on bread, some on buns, some on bagels... I couldn't get enough. The craving has faded a bit, though they still sound delicious. I've also eaten two boxes of Pilsbury toaster strudels. Very nutritious.
I'm now trying to keep lots of fruit in the house so I reach for that first and drink lots of water before caving into the carbs and sugar and salt. It's not really working.

My husband snickered at the shopping cart yesterday. I typically am not a big fruit eater but I picked up watermelon, cherries, grapes, plums, canned pears, and canned fruit cocktail.
