Vitamin and Fish taste

After I take my prenatals for about 2 hours I burp and it tastes like fish. I've tried taking them at different times of the day and with food. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you deal with it?

You could try a new prenatal. The one I took was one pill with everything in it and it never repeated on me and it actually had a vanilla taste going down. I loved them and never had a problem. Your ob should be able to give you a new one to try. GL, that's no fun!

This is the second prenatal I've taken since I found out I was pregnant. The prenatal I'm taking now was prescribed by my doctor due to it containing DHA and she said there's not another one I can take that has the level of DHA in she wants me to take.

I take my prenatal right before bed. I used to take it after lunch and would burp fish taste all afternoon!

I bought DHA separate. It's called Expecta and it has lemon in it to mask the fish. Life has been MUCH better since the switch. Those fish burps were horrid!
