To Moms with 2+, did your milk come in sooner with the second baby?

My milk didn't come in until day 5- maybe 6 with DS. I was induced and super stressed so I don't know if that was a factor.

I was wondering if it usually comes in sooner?

With DD1, I think it came in day 4 and it was day 2 with DD2.

DD1 was day 4 or 5

DD2 was day 2 or 3

DS was day 4 or 5, geez I can't remember and it was just a couple months ago.

I had a very similar story with my DS1 as you described. When my daughter was born, my milk came in on the second day- much faster. I also was able to feel let down (tingly feeling) that I never had with my first. I was 39 weeks (RSC) with DD but only 37 weeks (induced for pre-e) with DS1. It seemed to really make the difference being later in my pregnancy and not as stressed.

Yes. It came in in day 4 with dd1 and day 2 with dd2 and dd3.

Mine came in sooner, which was great - until I realized it was accompanied with vicious cramps at letdown for like a week.

I know we talked about this before, but I wish someone had prepared me for it!
