    I am doing frozen berries, cake mix anda can of diet sprite. I found it on pinterest and it is weight wwatchersfriendly!;

    Spinach salad with berries whatever looks good, grape tomatoes, sunflower seeds, and your choice of poppy seed dressing or raspberry vinaigrette.

    If your feeding men a hot dog bar works wonders and is easy.
