Please convince me CIO is the right thing. I am seconds from going back into his room and getting him. My heart is seriously breaking!

    Stay strong! You don't want to have let him cry in vain. He can figure it out on his own and you're giving him an opportunity to learn a new skill. You can do it!!

    It is so freaking hard but you cando it! Be strong! Take a hot shower. If anything the warm water will calm you and wash away the tears. The noise will block the crying. And hopefully when you get out he'll be asleep. Good luck!!!

    It took about 45 miserable minutes for my stubborn little man to fall asleep. I went outside and started weeding. I feltso horrible.
