  I am so so sorry for your loss.  I am sure that it must feel so unreal but you can do it, but right now just focus on yourself, your LO and use your support system as much as possible.

  I put my baby to bed Wed night. Came out and found MH unresponsive on the floor. I did CPR until the ambulance got there. The hospital shocked his heart 3x. Long story short.... cat scans, EEGs and neuro testing found him to be completely brain dead. He was on a vent and not attempting any breaths on his own. The blood pressure meds were pumping his heart. He and I had worst case scenario discussions. When they stopped the blood pressure medications he was on 4 he passed within 45 seconds very peacefully.

  I am so terribly sorry. There is a poster on the Parenting board, emkatarine, who lost her husband recently as well.
