House inspection is done and Hubby said that anything that needs to be done is small and he can take care of it. Now all we need is to be approved by the land owners and that requires some paperwork from dad for Monday morning and the sold sign will be on the house! Start packing on Tuesday, who wants to help?

    That's awesome!

    I'm with Kimbus, I actually like packing.  As long as it's someone else's stuff.  When I pack my own stuff, I spend more time reminiscing than actually packing!
