mobile bumping sorry for.any errors
I am on stair steping with Clomid cd37 100mg then Clomid 1015 150mg. Today is cd 16. When I was not on meds I would get a positive opk as early as cd15. Can you have a positive opk and still not ovulate?
Around the time I thought I was ovulating before meds I would get a slight pain near ovaries and I would know a positive opk was coming.
On cd10 there was nothing that could be measured. I know wish will probably be dumb question but can eggs grow to needed size that quick. My ultrasound is Monday today I have that pain near ovaries

I checked cm and its the egg white but not stretchy.
Any advice I am feeling lost this cycle.

New Plan: Reciprocal IVF, me as carrier wife's eggs. Just went through insurance and received partial approval, so my part will go through my IVF benefits and wife's part will be out of pocket. Now just finalizing finance plans to cover the oop costs. Doctors office is in process of moving to a new building so there are no IVF start ups until March/April 2015.
Re: stair stepping
Have you gotten a positive OPK? It is possible to get a positive, but then not ovulate.
I'm on my first medicated cycle right now with 100mg of clomid. I have found that the meds have made all of my O pains so much more pronounced. And lucky me, I had pretty significant and painful O cramps to begin with on a non-medicated cycle! So the fact that you are starting to feel O pains right now could just be that the clomid is working. Keep doing the OPK, and if you get a positive I'd call the RE.

I stair stepped this last cycle and I was also scared that I would miss my window. I was having lots of cramping and requested to go in for an other ultrasound. I had a 8mm follie on each side, but nothing ready to go.
The cramping is normal and does not always mean O. I hope this is your cycle!
Thank you reading this makes me feel much better. I am going in tomorrow, I have been thinking that I was going to miss it. Hoping this is your cycle too.
