  DH was going to send them something after the baby is born, but I just emailed them a week ago to let them know how she is doing and have not heard back.  So I am a little bit irked about that.  DH will probably send something anyway like fruit.  I was not going to send them anything because although I loved them, I also did shell out $13,000 to them.  So I figure that they can buy alot of fruit with that!  But I am way cheaper than dh.

  We bought our RE a massage and pedicure at a massage place close to his office. And we got my IVF nurse a massage. And we gave them both thank you cards as well as some of the other staff that always helped us. They loved it and both sent me a email saying thank u :

  Our place is like a factory, so I figured they would forget about us by the time our twins are born. I sent a cookie tray to the whole office from a local bakery with a thank you note.

  I'm a nurse and know that the more junk food around, the better. We pretend to complain about it but it makes my day if there are cookies around!

  TTC #1 since 01/2011 Me: MTHFR C677t homozygous (on lovenox) DH: MFI (poor morph, counts, motility) Natural BFP #1: 05/2011, M/C @ 5 weeks RE consult 12/2011: 3 failed IUIs (01/2012-07/2012) 02/2013: IVF#1 23follies/19mature/9fert with ICSI/2 A grade embies trans day5/4 B grade embies frozen.   Over Thanksgiving, I took them a fruit and cheese tray and crackers. I thought Thanksgiving was an appropriate time to say thank you. I also email back and forth with my RE. He is awesome. Can't wait to let them know when Sullivan is here!
