I second this! I have been avoiding my new BMB like the plague. I consider myself to be a silly, immature person, but sometimes that board is too much for me. And we have some super rude doozies over there too. I hope it gets better, because I know I'm going to need some newborn support.

We can give you plenty of newborn support!

I never really lurked/posted on my 2nd BMB (due date was in August) but after DS2 was born in July I would lurk sometimes on the July 2012 board just to refresh my memory about newborn naps/feeding Q's, etc.

I only posted on DS3's BMB a few times. I think that we had some of that nonsense on this board when we were all first starting to get to know each other and weeding out the crazies but now we're settled into being a familiar and supporting group. I had no desire to go through that again especially because I love this board!

Aw, that sucks. The Feb13 board is nice like this one! I think it's most second time + moms though too!

Yeah Dec '13 isn't too bad but there were definitely a few crazy posts but those seem to be calming down now.

I think we had a few starting here too before we settled down. Hang here though...I like squishy baby stories until I can manage to make one of my own!

Aw thanks everyone! I'll be sure to seek out your help first before I even think about posting on my other board. I feel like some people just like to feel empowered behind their computer monitor but most of those things would never be said in person. Drives me crazy!

I think there tends to be more drama when people are first getting to know each other and figure each other out. Now that we've "known" the people on this board for three years, we tend to give each other the benefit of the doubt more if someone is having a bad day or doing something silly, KWIM?

Hopefully your board will turn around, but either way, please stick around here!

I love my S12 BMB. It was crazy in the begining. All hormonal and pregnant. After people had their babies, things have calmed down. Hopefully that will happen on your 2nd home!

I strongly dislike my 2nd BMB. I think it's hard to go into a new "environment" coming from this one...but I'm sure some are better than others. I've actually been flamed to high heaven on my 2nd BMB, numerous times, and I'm over it. FTR I'm on the same BMB as Mands, so there's that...

ETA: DITTO the THANKS for being so awesome and supportive Dec 10 Mommas! you all!

Dec 13 is where Oct 13 goes for laughs. Were y'all around for the listeria hysteria? A girl emailed jimmy johns because they wouldn't break a rule and put the lettuce outside her sandwich. I made the listeria hysteria siggy that a lot of people have in their siggies lol
And then there was the girl on their last week that told all of dec13 to have miscarriages

I think there are some crazies on the new BMB but I think they are weeding out and things will settle once we have our babies. There are some women over there that I really like. And some I avoid like the plague

My new BMB is Nov2013 and we've had some from Oct2013 and Dec2013 come over. Was it really that bad?

I remember both though I didn't get a chance to read the original post with the woman who wished everyone a miscarriage. Crazy. Love the siggy you made!!
