How are those goals going, mamas?

1. What was your beginning of the  year goal?

2. How close are you to achieving it?

3. What has been your biggest hindrance getting there?

    1. What was your beginning of the  year goal? I think my plan was to be down to 130 by DS's birthday.

    2. How close are you to achieving it? I still have 10 pounds to go.

    3. What has been your biggest hindrance getting there? I do not schedule time for workouts as well as I should. It's hard to prioritize housework, workouts, and me-time around DS's naps.

    4. What has been the biggest help?  Now that it is nice weather, we're doing lots of long walks with the dogs. I use my heart rate monitor chest strap thingie to motivate me to keep going and burning off more calories.

    After living in a hotel for a month, a new city, and no cooking utensils, my goal was to get back to my prepregnancy weight. I already had reached this goal about 5 weeks pp, but I had gained roughly 10 to 12 lbs back. I weighed myself this morning, and I came in at 131. I was 130 when I got KU.
    2. How close are you to achieving

    I'm 1 lb away, however my new goal is to lose an additional 6lbs. That will be my weight that I was when my husband and I started dating.
    it?3. What has been your biggest hindrance getting there

    The move/not having time during the day to exercise. Now that Anja is on a schedule, I find it so much easier.

    4. What has been the biggest help?


    My husband is in the military, and he has a PT test every 6 months. He's been watching his diet/exercising a lot more the last two months, so he hasn't been tempting me with bad, but ohsogood food. His PT is next week. I hope I don't fall off the wagon after that.

What has been your biggest hindrance getting there?Time and finding something that keeps me interested for more than a week.4. What has been the biggest help? The drastic change I have seen.
