Parents of LO's w/ Autism?

I have twin girls that are 17 months old and something in my gut is worried about my one daughter. Google has gotten me so upset reading all the early signs of autism so I thought I would ask other moms what signs your infant/toddler was showing early on before they were actually able to diagnose them?
I have talked w/ her pediatrician about this and I'm having her evaluated by a developmental specialist, but was hoping any input from moms on here would help in the mean time.
