How are you feeling? I'm feeling really good...I've noticed I've been getting tired earlier in the evenings, but otherwise no complaints!
How far along are you? 28 weeks
Do you have any news or appointment updates? I have a routine appointment tomorrow, after this one I start going every other week...I can't believe I'm that far along already.

DH's family had a tradition that on your birthday you get to choose what's for dinner...I know it's nothing crazy, but I like it. I would also like to give this LO (and any siblings) a new pair of PJ's on Christmas Eve. It will be the one gift they open that night.

Still really tired but that's more from being busy and DH's inability to watch TV quietly no matter what it is (really, we have to make noise during Storage Wars?)
How far along are you?
14 weeks now because doc bumped my DD back up to 11/21 when he asked me how sure I was of my dates.

Going to be starting progrestrone shots starting at week 16 to help prevent PTL

Nah, things are pretty good right now.

We go to Chicago every year before Christmas and buy food to have a traditional Polish meal for Christmas Eve (I'm 75% Polish) - I hope to continue that even though we're about 4 hours away from Chicago anymore (still have family that lives in Chicago area though). I'm sure we'll come up with new traditions. I hesitate to think of them now after how life turned out last time.

Thanks for reminding me, I can't believe it's 3rd Trimester already! We've been so busy trying to get our house ready to sell and find one to buy that I would have totally missed it!
How are you feeling? Amazingly good, a little tired.
How far along are you? 27 weeks.
Do you have any news or appointment updates? Dreading the glucose test next week. Had our hospital tour over the weekend, It was good to find out the policies and such. DH noted that we didn't even look like the oldest couple there
Also they gave everyone the cutest little hand knit caps that a group was knitting to raise awareness of shaken baby syndrome.
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? Happy thoughts that we find a house, we got outbid on one already (people bid above the asking price - who does that?) and just need some good karma here I think.

My mom always got us kids all a Christmas ornament every year when we were kids and I think I would like to do that. It's pretty neat to see them all. I'm sure we will have some new ones as well. I like the idea of choosing your birthday meal.

I'm still feeling pretty good. I continue to have trouble sleeping at night, but this has been the status quo for most of my pregnancy. I guess that just means it'll be easier to do night feedings and changings lol
34 weeks!
I had my second NST this morning and LO did great! We were in and out in about 30 minutes. DH freaked out that I was calling him so soon to let him know I was finished lol I have my regular OB appt this afternoon.
Just continued T&Ps that LO keeps growing!
QOTW: All I can think of right now is traditions around the holidays. For example, for Christmas we always have Christmas Eve with my ILs and go to their church's candlelight service. Then we spend Christmas Day with my family.

Do you have any news or appointment updates? Appt yesterday and I was almost 3cm dilated. Hoping to have this LO soon! I'm so uncomfortable and tired. The 2am Ute raves are getting old.
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? A quick, safe VBAC delivery please. And DH's grandfather is in hospice.

DD1 is almost 5 and we've been navigating making our own traditions for all that time. I think it's actually harder with both families in town since everyone expects that we'll just join in what has always been done. So far, we have established our own church community and insist on going there for holiday services.

How are you feeling? Awful to tell the truth but just happy that this little guy is growing and healthy.

Do you need any T&Ps for anything? That the next 5 weeks go by quickly:) and we are creeping up on the loss anniversary of DS and it's such a hard day for me, even after so many years. I just wish we could skip over the day. But I can't, so I'll go to his grave and cry and try to get through the day as best as I can.

We have holiday traditions that we started with DD and that we'll do with DS as well.
TTC since 6/2003. m/c 9/14/03 8 weeks, 5 chemical pregnancies, mmc 6/04 12 weeks, Michael born sleeping 5/25/05 at 22weeks always our angel, fought ovarian cancer and won, m/c 4/06 5.2 weeks and 7/07 6.6 weeks,Our Miracle baby girl born 4/8/10,mc 12/18/11 at 5.3 weeks, BFP 10/26/12 dating u/s on 11/8/12 showing a strong heartbeat!EDD July 4,2013. RCS on 6/27. Baby boy in NICU for 8 long and scary days before he was able to come home. We are now a happy family of 4

The glucose test wasn't too bad...although I felt pretty blah for the rest of the day.
Also, I like the ornament idea...DH's sister got an ornament every year from her godmother, now she has a tree full of ornaments!

Hi Ladies!
How are you feeling? I feel pretty good. This is the second time I have had no m/s or any noticable symptoms in the first tri.
How far along are you? 11 weeks!
Do you have any news or appointment updates?
I had my first OB meeting since being released from my RE, and we chatted about the game plan since I am high risk. She shared with me that she also had a second tri loss in her first pregnancy and understands my anxiety. It made me feel a little better knowing she is so busy and plans to watch me like a hawk.
Do you need any T&Ps for anything?
I meet with my MFM on Tuesday to schedule my cerclage. I am also on Lovenox, and am very nervous about what form of anesthesia we will go with. General is safer for me, spinal is safer for baby. My OB wants me to stop the Lovenox and do spinal, I will find out what my MFM wants me to do next week, but so anxious about it!!!

I spent the last 14 years flying excessively with a litigation firm. I flew on every holiday, and was always in an airport on Christmas. Any type of adult tradition was out the window. Growing up, I was in the same house my entire childhood and had the Christmas tree in the same spot and the same traditions with wonderful memories. I want that for my child.
I left my career last summer to pursue IVF, and plan to be home for a while. If/when I go back to work, It will be priority that I am home every Christmas so my little one has fond memories each year at home with family.

How are you feeling? Pretty good this week. Still have m/s most of the day but I have noticed it is getting a little better every week.

Do you need any T&P for anything? I have a wedding reception this weekend for my best friend who was married out of town earlier this year. I hope that I can fool everyone... looks like I'll be downing a lot of "vodka soda's"!
QOTW: Both DH and I come from very small/close families. We want to remain that way with our siblings and parents but also provide that to our LO. We both love to be outdoors and active - anything water related is a must for us - and we want to pass along our love for the water and family that comes with it.
