Nanny Taxes - how?

I realize this has probably been discussed all the freaking time, but I've been away so I apologize for rehashing an old topic.

For those that do the whole withholding taxes thing for their nanny, which software/website/calculator do you use? I have a nanny from June - August and was planning on paying her weekly. Do I have to send something to the government every week ? I know how to calculate the amount I owe the government, just curious WHEN I owe it to them (weekly? can I wait until the end of the year?), and if there is a web service to make this all easier.
