I am looking at losing around 74 pounds roughly to get rid of the baby weight. I need Breastfeeding friendly routine. Anyone have any tips or would share their routine.
I'm trying to run 2-3 miles one day, do 30 Day Shred the next, then an hour of yoga on the third day. Repeat with occasional days off. I also try to go for a walk almost every day with LO.
