Nutramigen formula for reflux?

Has anyone been using Nutramigen formula to help with reflux? Our pedi told me to try it with LO and gave me a sample, and I started giving it to her yesterday. Today I added rice cereal, also recommended by pedi. I'm just wondering if anyone else had any experience using it and if it made a difference with reflux.

    When we started using Nutramigen when DS was 3 weeks old, it immediately made a difference on DS's acid reflux. He seemed to have gotten significantly better in the beginning. But in the past week, his acid reflux has come back with a vengeance that the pedi decided to put DS on Zantac and have DS start taking rice cereal in his bottle. So far, both the rice cereal and Zantac have helped.

    I do not know about the formula but I know that just adding rice cereal has helped LO with his reflux. This was prescribed by doctor along with medication.

    My lo has been on nutramigen, rice cereal and Zantac since week 3. She still throws up at least 12x a day. I'm frustrated
