What's on your plate?

Breakfast: special K red berry with soy milk, coffee

Lunch: leftover roasted veggie and hummus wrap & Israeli couscous salad 

Snack: made my own trailmix (almonds, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, dried apricots, dried blueberries) and packed it in little snack size tupperware instead of buying the individual serving ones with things I don't love 

Dinner: vegan mac 'n "cheese" and salad

Dessert: 100 calorie chobani greek yogurt

Married the love of my life 7/11/09 - Our first baby, Peyton Mark, was born sleeping 10/25/11 at 33 weeks - Our second baby, BFP 2/4/12, welcome to the world Raylan! Holy Moly, BPF 2/4/14, please be safe and sound little one!

  • B: homemade granola topped w/yogurt and seasonal fruit (mangoes & cherries today)

    L: leftover beet & bulgur salad from last night

    mid-afternoon snack: homemade trail mix, Mueller's yogurt

    pre-dinner snack: carrot sticks with yogurt dip

    D: pesto-stuffed tortellini with bay scallops, spinach & carrots in tomato sauce

    Dessert:Trader Joe's reduced guilt ice cream sandwich (not a fan... too healthy tasting!)
