Sippy cups

What are you putting in the sippy cups? Is a couple ounces of water ok considering she probably won't drink most of it? I'd like to start experimenting with them because she keeps grabbing my cups and puting them to her mouth.

Just bought some of the tommee tippee with the soft spout. We have a nuk all plastic one at home and she doesn't seem to like it.

    I give LO a sippy cup with water in it.  I think one ounce is ok at this age but I fill it a bit more because he would have to have his head back all the way for one ounce to get up to his lips.  I take it away once he's had a little bit but he mainly thinks it's a chew toy.

    ive tried water, juice, juicy water lol....she holds it right but can't drink from it yet.

    We have the Playtex little gripper straw cup.  M drinks half water and half apple juice in it.  She's been drinking diluted juice for about a month now and has gotten the hang of it pretty good.

    We have been using the tommee tippee too! We do half water half juice or sometimes just water. W loves it and can actually drink from it! It just takes a little practice for them to get it.
