XP: Dutailier Glider/Ottoman Deal at BRU!

Just thought I'd share! After reading up in Baby Bargains, I really wanted to hunt down a nice Dutailier glider/ottoman set...problem was money - expensive!  My hubby is 6'4" and I'm 5'9", so we wanted something that would fit us both comfortably...

I have kept my eye on the BRU "catalogs" as they come and noticed a sale during this latest one (I think through the end of May)?  We went to see it in person last night, so comfy/sturdy and we both fit great - I love that I was able to rest my head back too - it reclines and can lock in place.  My sister and BIL are helping us out with some of the cost - so she said to be sure to get one we love cause there will be nights where I'll just want to snooze there vs. keep getting up.  LOL - I can imagine!

So here is what we purchased - you can only get the taupe/cherry combo for the deal.  They are on sale - then if you spend a certain amount (which both come to), you get another $50 off - then I signed up for the credit card, and got an additional 15% off.  The total with tax pre-sale would've been about $745 in my state...but we got them both for $414!!!  Shipping to store and picking up to save on the shipping.

Also an FYI, I was in BRU a few weeks ago and the lady in the area told me they're changing their glider inventory over soon (if they haven't already)...so I'm guessing they have a lot of this one in stock?  Either way, if you don't see anything there now that you like, there could be new ones soon.
