Has anyone ever used the Sleep Easy Solution method for sleep training? If so, please let me know if it worked or not and what your experiences were like. TIA!!
Yes. I have written a couple posts recently regarding how it has been going.
We started last week Wednesday.
The first night was horrible. The longest she cried was 34 minutes and I barely slept that night. She sttn on night two though the book says it can take up to 5 nights before that happens.
Now she mostly goes down without crying or crying for a minute or two before falling asleep.
She is sttn for 11-12 hours (though she was doing that before for about a month until a few days before we started the sleep training when she regressed and kept waking up all night) She was already weaned off of night feedings so that part of the book I didn't need to do.
For naps, she is sleeping an hour to two hours a lot though there are times when she is still waking up around 40 minutes but after letting her cry for a bit (between 5-10 minutes) she goes back to sleep usually for another hour.
Her napping has really improved. Some of her waking up after 40 minutes is when she is at the gym daycare. At home she is usually at least hitting the one hour mark for most of her naps.
