Progeserone Levels? (SAIFW always!)

You'd think I'd know this after almost 2 years TTC, but when and how do they check your progesterone levels to see if they are normal?  And what is "normal"?  I don't think I've ever had my checked, and I spot before/after AF, so I'm wondering if I should get checked.

    Well, to check for ovulation and lp support, the ideal time is 7dpo and it is a blood draw. For a medicated cycle it should be 15+ and non medicated 10+.

    That said there are plenty of women who conceive with a prog lower than 10. I also think clinics vary on what they deem "good".

    There are a few SAIFers who had to supplement for the 1st tri and are mommies of healthy babies.
