just wondering if you are bfing when did you get your period again? And also if you are ebfing or supplementing.

AF came back for me about a month ago, when DD was about 8 months old. Given how much she's still nursing at night - and how little solid food she's actually ingesting - I was peeved.

I stopped bleeding PP at 5.5w. AF returned 2 weeks later. I was ticked.

I EPed from about 3w on. I pumped 8-10x per day, usually for 15-20 minutes per time. I kept trying to BF, with little luck, until around 6w. I EPed for nearly 13m. We did supplement a little from around 3-6w because the quart or so I was pumping a day wasn't enough for my insanely growing child. He was gaining roughly a pound a week at that point. My boobs finally caught up with him at 6w.

I didn't get my period until after we completely weaned. I started weaning when DS was about 6 months old, and by the time he was 7 months old he was completely weaned but I had not dried up yet. It took me about 3 weeks to dry up completely (and an awful bout of mastitis to boot). I did not get my period until 9 months PP, or about 2 months after I completely weaned.

With the first baby, not until he was 15 months old, 2 years after the LMP. We were slowly weaning. After that, I had constant bleeding due to the weaning and mini pill so when I stopped altogether, the constant bleeding stopped but my cycles were wonky and continued after the m/c.

Right now with DD, still no sign of AF yet and I am BFing and pumping.

I was beginning to wean from EPing when AF returned. That was when DD was about 11.5 months.

10 months here, I BF when I'm with him and I pumped twice a day at work. I still BF and they are just now getting more regular at almost 17 months.

Are you sure? You're not far enough out to have had a second cycle yet, and there's a very common "6 week bleed" that can happen that isn't AF.

agree. I bled off and on until 8 weeks pp.

It came back just shy of 12m PP. I had DD weaned down to just morning and night and she wasn't BFing much when she did.

My first PP period was about a month ago when LO was just over six months old. At around five months old, we started supplementing one to two bottles of formula a day at daycare.

Still waiting at 10.5 months. DD BFs 5-6 times a day plus has 3 solid meals.

11 months, so he was eating a decent amount of solids at that time. We were down to about 4 sessions a day when AF returned, and it took several months for my cycle to regulate (and my LP still really sucks with 1-2 nursing sessions a day).

I EBF no supplementing and mine came back at 3 months. It sucks but thats okay.

ebfing. as in never any formula, but she has been eating solids in some form since 4 months. af Came back at 10 months. my cycles are a little longer and inconsistent.
