For the mamas that chose to find out if they're having a boy or girl, how soon did you find out?

See if you have a 3D ultrasound place in your area! That's how I'm finding out before week 20!

My doctor told us what he thought it was at 12weeks and 5 days!! Going to do an elective ultrasound in a couple weeks to double check!!

I found out with DS at 16 weeks and I'm hoping to find out with this one at 16 weeks too! We scheduled an u/s at a 3d place.

I just found out today at 12w3d, but it's because I had the materniT21 test. Having a girl:)

We won't find out until around 20 weeks. My Midwife said that they wait because the ultrasound tech can see more detailed views of what they are looking for, since the anatomy scan is for checking development, not the sex of the baby.

We will find out at 17w4d, that's the earliest we could get into the 3D place near us, otherwise we would have had to wait until 20 weeks at our anatomy scan.

Found out at 20 wks with the first, and an waiting until 20 wks for this one too. Most accurate that way.

This is our first LO. At our 13 week NT scan, the tech made a guess on the sex (she was "70% sure"). We didn't think anything of it since it was just a guess regardless, and we haven't bought anything that isn't gender-neutral. My OB scheduled my a/s for 19 weeks exactly, but called me yesterday to reschedule because the tech wasn't going to be in that day. So I was able to schedule it a few days earlier, at 18.5 weeks! The anticipation is killing me and although we could shell out about $130 for a 3D/4D u/s at this place that does them only for entertainment purposes, we decided to save our money and instead maybe spend it down the road when I'm about 28 weeks or so. I'd rather spend that money to see the baby later on when their facial features are mostly formed and clear, than early on just to find out the sex, since we'll find out at our a/s anyways.

Not until 20 weeks for us either.. that is when we have our anatomy ultrasound and we can find out then. We could have done a Womb With a View 3d to tell us now, but we are going to wait and do a 3d/4d in August sometime instead.. so we are just going to hold out for the next ultrasound.

We are going to a 3d place this time around and we will be going at 16 weeks 5 days. With my first I found out at 19 weeks 2 days and with my second it was about 18 weeks, both at the A/S Scan.
