That just sounds like the same pronunciation as pp but with a southern accent.

My first thought was Deck-lan.

To make sure, I looked it up. It's a traditional Irish name meaning full of goodness and is pronounced Deck-lan.

It's actually Irish and it is pronounced Deck-lan. Beautiful name, Becoming very popular lately it seems, but it's been a favorite of mine since I was a kid.
