So, Cade has these really dry, red, and flaky patches on his face and body. I'm fairly certain it's eczema, since I too have it. So, in order to battle it I"m switching him to Dr. Bronner's since it's super gentle and has not scent. However, anyone else have any suggestions to battle this?? Any lotion or cream you can suggest?

Hydrocortisone for flare ups and this for daily use:

This. We have a prescription hydrocortisone cream. OTC is 1 percent; our Rx is 2.5 percent.

Interesting. Our pedi recommends infrequent bathing. DS gets a bath every 4 days unless he is really gross then he gets rinsed off with no soap.
We were told every other day for baths - and to just use Dove soap
