Haha, numberonemama might win the breakfast award...but here's my day:

Breakfast: special K red berries with soy milk and coffee

Lunch: Not sure yet, DH took all the dinner left overs **sad face** if I don't go to the store before then probably just black bean burrito.

Snack: Trail mix

Dinner: Roasted veggie wrap and israeli couscous salad

    DD Free from FPIES triggers as of 18 months! 
    Sweet potato, avocado, banana, mango, oats, wheat & rice outgrown.
    Dairy, soy, and peanut allergies outgrown! Allergic to eggs.

  • After doing this most days I've found out I'm pretty boring in my food choices.

    Breakfast: special k flatbread breakfast sandwich with egg white, Canadian bacon and pepper Jack cheese. Two cups of coffee.

    Snack: watermelon, cantelope, and honey dew. Water.

    Lunch: ham and cheese sandwich. Veggie straws. Unsweetened applesauce. Water.

    Dinner: leftover egg rolls

  • I'm just starting to get hungry again after my giant bowl of sin but I think I'm going to make blue chip nachos with black beans, mozzarella, guac and salsa...for dinner I may make lasagne or something with turkey and broccoli...or DH can eat leftover veggie quiche and I can make black beans a rice...again...my fav!

    Lunch - PB & J or leftover salad stuff & quinoa from dinner last night?  No sure yet.

    Snacks - Frozen mangos, Pumpkin oatmeal muffin (I make for DS1 breakfasts)

    Dinner - Roasted citrus chicken with fava beans

  • I eat a lot...

    Breakfast: oatmeal with banana

    Snack: apple and peanut butter with a cheese string

    Lunch: turkey sandwich, watermelon, carrots, cucumber and hummus

    Snack: Pear

    Dinner: Veggie burger with homemade yam fries and roasted broccoli

    Snack: yogurt with raspberries

    Ok, figured out lunch.  I actually jogged(!) to the store but decided I'd still just have a bean burrito for lunch.

  • Breakfast - same every day (homemade granola topped with plain low fat yogurt & fruit), except that I had cherries today instead of strawberries yesterday.

    Lunch - fried egg sandwich with ricotta, 1/2 mango

    mid-afternoon snack - homemade trail mix

    Dinner - beet & bulgur salad (<-- LOVE this), leftover leek/mushroom/ricotta frittata from Sunday, 2 links of TJ's bratwurst
