Super sensitive skin on face

Hello! DS2 has really sensitive skin (like I do) and his face always seem to have a rash around his chin/mouth.  I think he may be getting 2 year molars and slobbering a little more than usual, so that could be part of the reason.

I've tried Aquaphor and it helps but the rash is still present.  Ideas?

    Wash his face once a day with Cetaphil cleanser.  That is what our pedi recommended.

    Oh that's a great idea.  That's why I use on my face - don't know why I didn't think of it!

    my DS has sensitive skin too.  i just use regular vaseline on his face when it gets rashy and it clears it up every time.
