Anxious but not feeling

hopeful! My spotting has picked up but isn't much unless I go to the bathroom. It is mostly dark but sometimes a little brighter. I wish I could be happy with the BFP I got yesterday but this makes it hard. I'm anxiously waiting to hear from the doctor but I'm worried this will be over before it really gets started. I wish I could just sleep until the office calls but I can't. The bleeding doesn't look or feel like period or m/c blood if that makes sense. It's different like what I had with my DD but I am so discouraged. I'm not cramping much except in my low right back some. Almost like a really bad urinary tract infection. I'm praying hard. I'm not sure we can handle another m/c after the one at the end of January. I wish I could be like one of those women who gets a BFP, celebrates, tells the world and has no issues or complications. I kept waking up last night to see if i was bleeding. My period was whacky and somewhat light last month. Could that be the cause of the bleeding? I'm questioning everything and I need get off Google. Ugh! Sorry to vent and thanks for listening.

    Sending T&Ps for answers  and definitely a confirmed BFP. 

    I saw the HPT yesterday and honestly I can't tell.  I'm sorry the nurse made you feel bad.  Fingers crossed for more infomraiton today.

    Thank you! My SO confirmed that it was pink and there but light. He had a hard time seeing it in the picture too. It was definitely positive. I just have to stay strong no matter what for me, my daughter and SO! I just wish they would call.

    I'm so sorry you're stuck waiting. I know how horrible that anxiety is. I'm praying this is a real BFP for you. Keep us updated!

    AAAHHH! The nurse just called to tell me that the results are in but the doctor hasn't interpreted them yet and will call in the next hour or so. Really???? UGH!

    I'd be a crazy person if I got a phone call like that! Best of luck to you. I'm sure the anxiety is driving you crazy, but all will be well. Fingers crossed for you!!

    I am so sorry!  I've had multiple losses, and I know exactly what you mean about wanting to be one of those women who can just celebrate if/when they get a bfp.  I feel the same way.  I hope your doctor calls you ASAP!  The anxiety just makes it worse. I really hope it is good news. Big hugs to you!

    Me: 42. DH: 46.

    1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.

    2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.

    3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.

    4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.

    5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.

    Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN.  After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.

    August 16, 2013:  BFP our first month of "not trying!"  Still in shock.  Beta #1 (14dpo): 183.  Beta #2 (17dpo):  611.  Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm! 
    Ultrasound 9/13/13:  8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
    Baby is due 4/26/14

    Thanks so much ladies. I'm guessing this nurse either has no children, had perfect pregnancies or just has no compassion. I'm still waiting but I'll call again at 11:30.

    Ugh! I called back and the nurse told me the doctor has the results but hasn't reviewed them. I know he has patients to see and I am being impatient but I've waited over and hour to see him before. It seems like he could take 5 minutes to call me. Until then, I'll be impatiently waiting! The cramping I was having has subsided for now and the bleeding has let up tremendously. I hope I don't jinx myself by posting that. I am relaxing and drinking lots of water. It's sad that I'm scared to go to the bathroom. Hopefully he calls with good news and everything works out. Trying to stay positive.

    OMG! I just called back and receptionist refused to let me speak with the nurse and when I asked to speak to the doctor, she said he was out of the office for a meeting and she was unsure what time he would be back. There are other doctors in thr practice so I asked if I could get a call back from another doctor and she said yes but don't expect it until after 2:30 and don't call back anymore today. Oh, I went OFF! I am furious. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. I can't wait to make the move to a new doctor. Why would anyone treat another person this way, especially under these circumstances????

    Start looking up new docs while you wait! Make some phone calls about consults to see what appointments different REs have available. I hope you get good news. I can't believe they had the nerve to tell you not to call back. I could call my dr a thousand times and they never treat me like that. That is just plain rude.

    I have not been on here much lately, so i just saw all that is going on with you!  sending positive vibes and prayers your way.  Hope you hear something soon.  i have been going through a similar situation as you over the past few days - my af is a least 5 days late as of today, but the three tests i took were all pretty solidly negative....i called my docs office yesterday and they just said to wait a week then call if still getting negatives and still no af.  ugh!  my cycles have been so off since my mc in februrary too, but on the very short side.  i am never, ever, ever late!  i had a few hours of light, brownish spotting last thursday and friday but other than that, nothing.  
    TTC baby #2 since July 2011, DX: low AMH
    BFP 1/21/13, blighted ovum m/c 2/12/13

    Wow! That is absolutely unbelievable!  Noone deserves to be treated like that, and especially someone dealing with infertility and loss.  I'm so sorry you are having to deal with these terrible people.  Like others, I'm stalking this post and hope you get good news soon!

    5/07 - DD conceived naturally cycle #1

    8/09 - Started TTC #2
    11/10 - BFP!
    12/10 - MC (Chemical Pregnancy)
    2/11 - IUI #1 with clomid & trigger = BFN
    5/11- Switched to a Fertility Specialist, Dx with low progesterone and annovulatory, several rounds of
             clomid = BFN's
    4/12 - Exploratory Lap, Dx Stage III endo
    5/12 - 7/12 - Lupron injections to suppress AF and reduce scar tissue
    8/12 - Surgery to remove tissue, uterus and tubes clear!
    9/12-12/12 - More BFN's!
    1/13 - Referred to an RE
    2/13 - IUI #1 with injects and new RE = BFN
    3/13 - 4/13 - Break due to cysts
    5/13 - IUI #2 with injects (125ml bravelle + trigger) = BFP!!!
    EDD - 1/23/14
