Hello/Intro & Other Confusing Stuff

I've read this board on and off for the past two years as I've been trying for #2, and I'm finally posting something now.  Anyway, hello there everyone. I have an awesome 4 year old daughter who loves babies and is always asking for a sibling.  I got pregnant on my first IUI, but then lost it at 9 or 10 weeks.  Then got an infection from the D&C.  Next IUI was a negative.  Lately though, I've been having trouble with cysts.  I had to cancel a cycle last month for a cyst, and then this month there was a small cyst at my day 3 ultrasound.  

 Here's where I'm confused.  Today, at my day 7 ultrasound, there were two 19 mm things.  I've been taking gonal-f to stimulate.  The ultrasound tech thought one was a cyst and one was a follicule.  But the doctor thought they were both follicules.  So now I'm triggering on day 7, with an IUI on day 9.  Anyone ever have a disappearing cyst and a super fast cycle?  I just don't get my body sometimes. 

TTC #2 since June 2011 Me: 35 High FSH, hypothyroidism DH: 36 Borderline low sperm count HSG revealed polyp, surgery 9/12 IUI #1 10/18/12 - BFP! 3 follicles 6 million post wash sperm no heartbeat 12/7/12 D & C 12/11/12

    Hello!  I don't have an answer, but I'm so sorry for your loss, & the trouble you are having.  I hope you get some helpful answers & that you have a healthy baby on the way soon :)

    I don't have advice but I'm sorry about your loss! I hope this is your cycle. IF sucks but I'll be praying for you. Good luck!

    I don't have any advice either (sorry!), but just wanted to say welcome to the board.  I hope this is your cycle!

    Me: 42. DH: 46.

    1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.

    2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.

    3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.

    4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.

    5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.

    Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN.  After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.

    August 16, 2013:  BFP our first month of "not trying!"  Still in shock.  Beta #1 (14dpo): 183.  Beta #2 (17dpo):  611.  Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm! 
    Ultrasound 9/13/13:  8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
    Baby is due 4/26/14

    Sounds like we have a similar history. I have a 3.5 year old and have had one m/c and a failed IUI since TTC #2. I've also ended up dealing with cysts. The missed cycles are so frustrating!

    Don't have any advice about your issue. That does seem really early! Hope it works though. Welcome to the board!
