  I have something similar to this one below.  I bought it from Thirty-One.  I love that it doesn't sag and the material feels sturdy.  It fits perfectly on the floor of the car with enough room for me to put my diaper bag next to it.  I have a box of granola bars in it, a couple water bottles, all my reusable shopping bags, one receiving blanket, and a ziploc bag of emergency clothes for both kids and diapers for DS.

  I just have a extra diaper bag packed and keep it in the car trunk then I have my regular diaper bag and if I forget it then I'm covered

   I love that it folds down when I'm not using all the compartments and the little cooler will hold 2 gallons of milk easily.  Great when it's warm out and you just need to run one more errand.
