for Saltines, Sprite, and Preggie Pops. MS strikes at week 6 :
Any other suggestions?

Saltines are the only things that keep me going at night. I've been lucky so far during the day, but ooooh the nights... My sister swore by tomato juice, but so far it hasn't helped me.

I had to get on a medication called Diclectin. It has really helped. I also juice and use ginger which helps too.
Annnnd now I want sour candies.

Peppermint tea
Peppermint drops
Jolly ranchers
Lemonade
Lime juice for your water
Salt and vinegar chips
Pickles

Unisom and B6 if okay with your OB.
I also wore Sea Bands and got Sea Bands brand Ginger gum.
Those were the only things, plus saltines, that really did anything for me.

my OB told me vitamin B6- my morning sickness hit at 7 weeks and the B6 changed my life! 25 mg with your prenantal vitamin.
