I just started working again from home. I used to work FT but now PT, 15 to 20 hrs per week. I do marketing and consulting for a health center. I create marketing campaigns and materials, manage website, manage social media, etc. I worked at the health center for 3 years prior to working at home.
15 to 20 I all I can do right now and DH or MIL watch DS while I work. I couldn't get anything done if someone else wasn't watching him.

I am a manager of talent acquisition for a large marketing advertising company. I basically manage a team of recruiters who hire for our company. I work full time so I have a nanny that comes in 30 hours a week and work my remaining hours in the evening. The recruiting industry is starting to become more work from home, but generally you start out in an intense office environment with a lot of hours.
I teach a class online, but these jobs aren't very available, and I'll probably only have the chance to do this once this summer, when the long term faculty person is out. After that I am going to look into online tutoring. It seems you have to pass a test and I'm not sure if it's a legitimate job or if most of the sites are a scam (anyone know?), but perhaps it will work out. I do most of my work during the weekend and evenings when DH is here, but it's not really nice since we don't get too much time together or any breaks since one person is always working while the other one is with the baby. I have a baby-sitter sit with LO downstairs for 4 hours 1 day/week and that takes off a little stress.
I work from home part of the week, I'm in IT. I could probably do it more but I'd need someone to come in and watch DS for me, it's hard to work and take care of him but I manage it. I will say that the days that I work from home are the hardest++ of my week and I'm almost grateful to be in the office the other days.
