Baby Coming Low Fluid

So I went for my fluid check and it was a 6 so they want to take the baby out tonight. I have to have CSection because baby is still breech. I can't believe my baby will finally be here!

    Question: how did the doctor realize your fluid was low? I've heard of this from several pregnant women, but I'm not clear how the testing works.

    I had low fluid with my DD and they checked it via ultrasound. There are a few indicators that can give your dr a heads up to check the levels. Mine was discovered because I wasnt feeling her move as much. Hope thats helps clear things up.

    This. I've been going for weekly sonograms and I think with it being a 6 and me turning 37 weeks today they didn't want to take any chances. I think they figured baby is better out than in.
